Dallas police officer arrested for killing man in wrong apartment

A man was killed when a neighbor mistakenly entered his apartment thinking it was her apartment.  The neighbor was a Dallas Police officer.  The manager of the property gave a statement indicating that the numbers on the apartment door were high up and said the mistake is understandable....
