A North Carolina police department was called when a neighbor reported a black male entering the side door of a nearby residence. In actuality, the black male was the foster child of the people residing in the house. Accordingly, there was no evidence of forced entry. Despite this, the police demanded the individual put his hands against the wall and subsequently pepper sprayed him.
